Remote Support
Support is at the core of MikroMike services. Most customer relationships begin with a simple situation: there is a problem that needs to be solved. Remote support provides a fast and practical way to diagnose the problem,
find the cause and get the customer working again.
Support is the foundation of MikroMike and connects the different areas of ICT services together.
Customers usually contact MikroMike because something is not working as expected. The problem may involve Windows, software, hardware, a network connection, security, a printer or another part of the IT environment. The customer does not need to know which technical category the problem belongs to — identifying the cause is part of the support service.
Remote support is the primary and often the fastest way to begin troubleshooting. With the customer's permission, MikroMike can connect to the workstation remotely, examine the problem and perform many of the required troubleshooting, configuration and support tasks directly.
When a problem cannot be resolved remotely, the information gathered during the initial troubleshooting provides a better starting point for the next step. This may involve an on-site visit, hardware replacement, network work, contacting an external service provider or planning a more permanent solution.
Support is therefore more than fixing individual technical problems. It acts as the central point that connects troubleshooting, Windows support, networking, security, software, hardware and other MikroMike services.
The objective is simple: understand the problem, find the cause and provide a practical solution as quickly as possible.
