My background includes network installation and troubleshooting, end-user support, desktop and server security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and technical tools for diagnosing and resolving complex ICT problems.
Over the years, I have worked with customers ranging from small businesses to organizations in the banking, insurance and aviation sectors. This experience has provided a broad perspective on different IT environments, security requirements and the practical challenges businesses face in their daily operations.
I previously ran my own ICT company from 2009 to 2013 and started MikroMike again in 2019. Today, the focus is on providing practical, reliable and straightforward ICT services, with an emphasis on finding solutions that work in real-world environments.
